Do I need any specific equipment before booking?
No. The diagnostic works with whatever you currently have — even if that's just a laptop camera and a ring light. The point is to assess what you're working with, not judge it. We start from where you are.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You receive your written Video Authority Report within 48 hours. Some clients act on the recommendations themselves. Others choose to continue with the Authority OS Implementation — where I build and configure everything for them. There's no pressure either way.
What if I've already done a lot of research on my setup?
That's fine — and common. The diagnostic still surfaces things you've missed or misunderstood, and gives you a clear priority order so you stop second-guessing yourself. Most people leave with at least one insight they couldn't have found on their own.
Is the $495 credited if I go on to the Implementation?
Yes. If you book the Authority OS Implementation within 30 days of your diagnostic, the $495 is applied as a credit. You're not paying for the same work twice.
