Everything you need to know

Do I need to do the Diagnostic first?
Not required, but recommended. The Video Authority Diagnostic gives us a clear picture of where you are before we start building, which makes the implementation sessions faster and more targeted. If you have already done it, your $495 is credited.
What software do I need?
We will select the right streaming and recording software for your setup. For most Mac users that is Ecamm Live, but Riverside, StreamYard or another tool may suit your platform, workflow and budget better. Zoom is used for the sessions themselves. No other paid software is required unless we identify specific gaps in your setup.
How long does the full implementation take?
Most clients complete all three sessions within 3–4 weeks. Sessions are spaced to give you time to test what we have built before we move to the next phase. Faster timelines are possible if needed.
What if I want ongoing support after the 30 days?
The Production Partnership is the natural next step: ongoing production support, live event help, and a dedicated partner who already knows your setup inside out.
