Setup overhead per event

Three ways clients engage.

Most partnerships start at one of these and evolve. We scope exactly what you need — nothing more.

Mode 01
Live event production
You run the room. I run the control room. Real-time production for live streams, webinars, and virtual events — handling tech, transitions, and the unexpected so you never have to break your flow.
  • Pre-event rehearsal & tech check
  • Live Ecamm scene management
  • Guest audio & screen share management
  • Real-time troubleshooting
  • Stream monitoring & platform publishing
Mode 02
Ongoing content production
Record it. Hand it off. Get it published. For podcasters and video creators who want consistent output without managing the production process themselves.
  • Episode editing & audio post-processing
  • Subtitle & caption files
  • Platform-optimised video exports
  • Show notes & chapter markers
  • YouTube, Spotify & LinkedIn publishing
Mode 03
Full production partner
The combination. Live shows, recordings, post-production, and publishing — handled end-to-end every month. The closest thing to having a production team without the overhead of one.
  • All of Modes 01 & 02
  • Monthly production planning
  • Content calendar co-ordination
  • Priority turnaround & dedicated support
  • Scope scales with your output

From clarity call to first event in a week.

STEP 01
Clarity call
30 minutes. We look at what you're producing, how often, and what would make the biggest difference. I'll be honest if this isn't the right fit.
STEP 02
Scope & quote
Within 24 hours you get a clear scope: what's included, what's not, and the monthly investment. No vague retainers — specific deliverables.
STEP 03
System review
I review your current setup, access what I need, and run a system check. If you've done the Diagnostic or Implementation, we skip this entirely.
STEP 04
First event, go
We run your first event or production together. From that point on, the workflow is established and everything runs smoothly.

Honest about who this suits.

This is for you if...
  • You're producing live events, a podcast, or regular video — and spending too much time on the production side
  • You have an established audience or active clients who show up for your content
  • You want consistent output without managing a freelancer or building an internal process
  • Tech problems during live events cost you real money, audience trust, or both
  • You're ready to invest in production as a growth lever, not a nice-to-have
Not right yet if...
  • You're still figuring out what you're producing and how often — start with the Diagnostic
  • You don't yet have a working system to hand off — the Authority OS Implementation comes first
  • You're producing once a quarter and not planning to increase frequency
  • You want someone to build your content strategy — this is production support, not strategy

Straight answers

How is pricing actually determined?
It's based on volume and complexity — number of live events per month, hours of content to edit, turnaround time, and how much co-ordination is needed. Most clients land between $750–$1,200/month. We scope this on the clarity call and there are no surprises after that.
Do I need to have done the Diagnostic or Implementation first?
Not required, but it helps. If you've already done the Authority OS Implementation, I already know your setup inside out and we skip the onboarding step entirely. If you're starting fresh, we build in a brief system review at the start.
What software and tools do you work with?
Primarily Ecamm Live, Zoom, Riverside, and the main podcast/video platforms (YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts). If you use something else, let me know on the clarity call and we'll talk through it.
Can the scope change month to month?
Yes, within reason. Partnerships are scoped monthly and we can adjust as your output changes. If you have a quiet month or a particularly heavy one, we account for that. The idea is to match the investment to actual value — not lock you into a rigid retainer.
What's the minimum commitment?
There's no long-term lock-in. Partnerships run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to pause or end. Most clients stay because the output is consistent, not because they're contractually obligated to.
